The laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts shall govern the enforcement of any and all agreements and all other issues concerning sales/purchase of equipment. Buyer consents to the jurisdiction of Massachusetts courts and further agrees that the exclusive venue for any matter relating to payment for the equipment shall be in the courts of Hampden County, Massachusetts. The sale/purchase of pre-owned medical equipment may be subject to regulation by the US Food and Drug administration and/or state and local regulatory agencies. Prices do not include applicable sales, excise, use, value added or other taxes. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with any applicable rules and/or regulations. The equipment is sold as-is with no warranty. No warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and warranties arising from the course of performance, course of dealing, usage of trade, or samples previously supplied. Med Exchange warrants all parts will be with the system upon delivery. Images found within this site may or may not represent actual inventory for sale. All equipment offered for sale on an as-is, where-is basis, with no warranties expressed, written or implied, unless otherwise noted. Med Exchange International, Inc reserves the right to change and/or remove equipment for sale, for any reason, from this site as deemed necessary. Equipment subject to prior sale.
